James Bai - Co-Founder, President
James Bai helped co-founded Axcess Asia in August 2000. As President of Axcess Asia, Mr. Bai heads a team of foreign national, as well as local Asian experts in planning and executing the business initiatives of Axcess Asia’s global business strategy. One of the primary founders of Axcess Asia, Mr. Bai adds stability and a unique blend of Asian business experience that spans over 25 years. Prior to joining Axcess Asia, Mr. Bai was part of many different hi-tech companies in Taiwan, Including Wistron, Kylink, and hold seats on the boards of many global IT corporations in Taiwan and China. Mr. Bai has consulted and assisted many multinational corporations with acquiring products and services specifically in the communications sector including Nortel, Cisco, and AT & T. Mr. Bai earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Material Science Engineering from National Taiwan Normal University.
Terrelle Griffin - Co-Founder, Director of Asia Pacific Operations
As Co-Founder of Axcess Asia, Mr. Griffin is the creative force engine and maps out the blueprint for Axcess Asia global business strategies. Mr. Griffin directs Axcess Asia’s global sourcing initiatives in the Asia Pacific region and works closely with our partners to expand Axcess Asia’s service and product offerings. He has spent over 15 years living and doing business in Asia, focusing out creating a bridge for Asian and Western businesses. Mr. Griffin has worked with a number of medium to large sourcing firms in the region in the area of international sales and marketing. Prior to co-founding Axcess Asia, Mr. Griffin worked a international sales representative and is a trained specialist in language translations. Mr. Griffin speaks and writes Mandarin Chinese fluently and is conversant in spoken Spanish. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with a Minor in Electrical Engineering from Marquette University. Mr. Griffin also holds an advanced degree from Chinese Cultural University in Taipei, Taiwan.

Steven Iglehart –Vice President Commodity Management, Taiwan, R. O.C.
Steve Iglehart joined Axcess Asia in August of the year 2000. Mr. Iglehart directs Axcess Asia’s Commodity Management initiatives in for the Asia Pacific region and works closely with our partners to expand Axcess Asia’s service and product. Prior to joining Axcess Asia, Mr. Iglehart has worked in the international trade market, importing health care drugs from Europe. Mr. Iglehart is also the founder of BornVit Company, an international marketing and sales organization based in Taipei, Taiwan. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Oriental Languages from National Chung Chi University program in 1997. Mr. Iglehart speaks Mandarin, Japanese fluently.
Richard Cappo –Vice President Commodity Management, Shanghai, China
Richard Cappo joined Axcess Asia in August of the year 2002. Mr. Cappo directs Axcess Asia’s Commodity Management initiatives in Shanghai, China and works closely with our partners to expand Axcess Asia’s service and product. Prior to joining Axcess Asia, Mr. Cappo has worked in the international trade market, importing high breed dogs from the United States, as well as online personal communication management. Mr. Cappo is a seasoned Asian-Business Specialist and is a key operative in the Mainland China market. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Oriental Languages from National Chung Chi University program in 1997. Mr. Cappo speaks Mandarin, Japanese fluently.

Alan Gorman – Vice President of U.S. Operations
Mr. Gorman joined Axcess Asia in November 2006. As Vice President of U.S. Operations, Mr. Gorman brings a wealth of technical and business processes experience to Axcess Asia. Prior to joining Axcess Asia Mr. Gorman has worked exclusively in the Patent Law arena with Merchant & Gould as a partner and Director of the firm’s Atlanta, Georgia office. Mr. Gorman has fifteen years of experience developing business strategies and guiding businesses to leverage there intellectual property derived from corporate technology and innovation. He has been involved in all phases of corporate patent portfolio management, including U.S. and foreign patent applications. Mr. Gorman received his Juris Doctorate from University of Wisconsin Law School. Mr. Gorman earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Marquette University.
Eliot Minor –Vice President - International Business Development.
Mr. Minor joined Axcess Asia in 2005 with over 15 years’ experience in the IT and telecommunications industries. He spent over 8 years living and doing business in Asia, where he worked as an analyst in international investment and international business consulting and several other local firms in Seoul, South Korea. Prior to joining Axcess Asia, Mr. Minor worked exclusively in the IT sector in Silicon Valley, California, managing international accounts with major network equipment manufacturers in both Asia and Europe. Mr. Minor speaks several foreign languages including business fluency in Korean, Japanese and German languages. He received his undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering at Northwestern University, and his MBA in international marketing at the Haas School of Business, University of California, Berkeley.

Sheba Holsey - Vice President, Corporate Relations
Sheba Holsey joined Axcess Asia in 2005 and has over 7 years experience in the relationship management sector in Asia. Prior to joining Axcess Asia Ms. Holsey has spent over 8 years living and doing business in Asia, where she worked as an management at a local Public Relations firm. Ms. Holsey has worked in a variety of international settings in the United States as well as abroad. Ms. Holsey received her Bachelors degree in East Asian Studies from Washington University Ms. Holsey received her Masters degree in East Asian Studies from Stanford University.
Company History
2000 - Terrelle Griffin and James Bai map out a blueprint for success in the global trade services sector - Axcess Asia is born.
2001 - Axcess Asia begins working with regional IT business, assisting them expand their reach via a western style marketing system, and or established networks in United States.
2002 - VoIP became the buzz of the IT industry in the early part of 2002, Axcess Asia and its partners had gained access to LAN Phones, USB. Axcess Asia began marketing and selling worldwide
2003 - Axcess Asia partner with small to medium on-line reseller to promote and increase sales of VoIP and other communications related products.
2004 - Axcess Asia expands its reach by creating a global web portal, targeting U.S. based businesses with goals of expanding business operations in Asia.
2005 - Axcess Asia formally incorporates in Delaware and sets up operations in Atlanta, Georgia. Axcess Communications, a division of Axcess Asia is created to sell and promote IT, and communications products globally. Axcess introduced the world’s first clamshell Wi-Fi phone -G-1000.
2006 - Axcess Asia begins working with SMB’s and large corporations increase procurement operations in Asia. Axcess Asia successfully sources and procures a multi-purpose hi-tech mail-processing bag for UPS, global logistics and overnight package forwarder.
2007 - Axcess Asia set initiatives to increase its exposure in the global procurement market. Axcess works with City of Atlanta via the Metro Chamber of Commerce to plan an economic & business delegation visit to Asia.
